It’s Snowing Outside - Production

With generous assistance from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater film commission, It’s Snowing Outside was shot on location throughout the Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida area. All crew came from the local industry, and were grateful for all of their contributions.  Led by Digital Caviar and Producer Michael Brown out of Tampa, with Producer Mea Cole Tefka, and Director of Photography Caleb Heymann spearheading the film from its inception.

The film stars Joi Liaye and Sebastian Gregory.
